Marina Coelho Araújo
Ph.D. in Criminal Law from the University of São Paulo Law School (USP) and Specialist in Economic Criminal Law from the University of Coimbra
Marina has extensive experience in criminal litigation and has worked for over 20 years on major matters and high-profile cases in Brazil. She also participated in a team that structured recurring/mass litigation practices for a leading Brazilian financial institution, gaining nationwide experience supported by technology and agile execution.
Over the past ten years, she has led compliance projects for Brazilian companies, coordinating all phases—from diagnosis to employee training.

Helena Lobo da Costa
Associate Professor (Tenured), Habilitated, Ph.D. and LL.M. in Criminal Law from the University of São Paulo Law School (USP).
Helena has long-standing experience in highly complex matters, having worked on major cases involving financial and tax crimes, money laundering, and corruption. Building on her doctoral thesis, she also specializes in environmental criminal law. She combines deep academic expertise with practical agility in solving complex criminal-law issues.
